SWASTI - HRMS Enterprise

 "Every end is a new beginning"      Swasti, well-being at your doorstep. These words were the driving force of the students of Hansraj Model School as they embarked on their entrepreneurial journey during the session 2022-23. Team Kaagaz and Oxyzone worked relentlessly to build two triumphant enterprises. The students participated in mini-competitions and honed their skills as budding entrepreneurs. Both the business ideas were not only profitable but also drove the eco-friendly message home. As a result of the hard work and dedication put in, Kaagaz achieved Silver Award Level and Oxyzone achieved the Gold Award Level in the School Enterprise Challenge 2022.  Madam Principal, Heemal Handoo Bhat received the Head Teacher Award and under her guidance and mentorship, Anurag Gaba reached the Enterprising Student- Runner Up Level.  "Participation is the first step to victory" We, here are SWASTI truly believe in this statement. The School Enterprise Challenge announced the first mini competition of the year as a test for the communication skills of the students. The task was to convince the potential investors of our product to invest in our business. However, the challenge was to do that in under 1 minute. Both the teams at SWASTI enthusiastically took part in the competition. All the preparation for the video was done by the team members collectively under the guidance of our experienced teachers.  Now since we had already taken the first step of participation, we got the result. Biodiversity is an important part of our lives. In this ecosystem of life all the elements of nature are interdependent, but we humans have been unknowingly damaging the ecosystem in many ways. We dump the plastic waste into the oceans which are then swallowed by the marine animals and prove to be harmful to them. The chemical waste, dumped into the rivers also harms the aquatic plants and animals, but apart from that, these chemicals are even harmful to people. If we drink this water then we may get ill and that will be the result of our incorrect steps only. We celebrate world Bio-diversity day every year on 22nd May but the need is not to celebrate the day but to take action and make every day the biodiversity day. Here we present a video by the Eco-Warriors of our school who instead of focussing on the problem adapt a solution-based approach.

 The COVID-19 pandemic has caused stress, anxiety and worry for many individuals, arising both from the disease itself and from response measures such as social distancing and lockdowns. As the Delhi Government announced a lockdown again due to the ongoing pandemic situation , we all got locked inside our home again. So to get rid of the pandemic stress going on , some fun activities were discussed in an online session yesterday.
