Life offers multiple options but to choose wisely and judiciously is necessary. “Swasti-well being at your doorstep” the student’s led business enterprise of Hansraj Model School has always been dedicated towards making the right choice for a sustainable future.  Our strategy is quite simple yet effective. We align our thoughts and products with upcoming events or festivals to grab customer’s attention. For example, recently, the festival of Rakhi approached, where we decided to feature our hero product, "Seed Rakhis," which served the same purpose as others available in the market but were also environment friendly and could be used for more than one purpose.  Students led Business Enterprise of Hansraj Model School , “ Swasti -well being at your doorstep ,” had put up a stall today, which  turned out to be a success. Students reused and recycled various items to prepare denim hand-painted tote bags , pouches , slings , beautiful shell earrings , and organic compost from our school's compost pit was also sold. All the items were in line with the interests of this generation and pleasing to the parents and were sold at reasonable prices. The students at the stall were well-versed in their contribution to the work and the art of selling the products. Parents found the stall attractive and appreciated the efforts of the young minds. Even the teachers of our school bought and praised the students for their work. Every product presented on the stall had its own story. Under the visionary leadership of Principal Heemal Handoo Bhat, along with the steadfast guidance Ms Nishi Tyagi,  Ms Kavita and Ms Jyotsna Ahuja,the team is poised to make a significant impact, not just within the school, but also in the wider community.  The registration process this year was marked by smooth coordination and a high level of cooperation among the team members. The students of Hansraj Model School participated enthusiastically in their annual School Enterprise Challenge, showcasing their student-led enterprise, Phulwari. This initiative aims to promote entrepreneurship, teamwork, and creativity among the students.Phulwari, the school's student-led enterprise, specializes in creating handmade decor pieces using dried flowers as the focal point. Their inaugural stall on October 20, 2023, in front of the school reception from 8:30 am to 11:00 am was a resounding success. They presented a diverse range of handcrafted decor pieces, from glass bottles with fairy lights to jars with aromatic candles, all designed to add a touch of nature and artistry to homes, especially for the festive season.These decor pieces were meticulously crafted by the students to ensure high quality and durability.  "Every end is a new beginning"      Swasti, well-being at your doorstep. These words were the driving force of the students of Hansraj Model School as they embarked on their entrepreneurial journey during the session 2022-23. Team Kaagaz and Oxyzone worked relentlessly to build two triumphant enterprises. The students participated in mini-competitions and honed their skills as budding entrepreneurs. Both the business ideas were not only profitable but also drove the eco-friendly message home. As a result of the hard work and dedication put in, Kaagaz achieved Silver Award Level and Oxyzone achieved the Gold Award Level in the School Enterprise Challenge 2022.  Madam Principal, Heemal Handoo Bhat received the Head Teacher Award and under her guidance and mentorship, Anurag Gaba reached the Enterprising Student- Runner Up Level.
