The Commencement of SWASTI Business Year 2026

 A year of strategy, creativity, and growth commenced with the Orientation Meeting for the Business Session 2026. Like every year, the entire procedure was thoughtfully planned and efficiently executed. Weeks prior to the orientation, a form was circulated among the senior department students of our school, receiving an overwhelming number of positive responses. The form was carefully designed to help us categorise students into different departments according to their interests and talents, while also enabling us to assign responsibilities effectively.

After successfully forming a team of more than 30 members, our first official meeting was conducted in the ATL Lab. During the session, each member introduced themselves, shared their talents, and expressed their approach and expectations towards the club. Students enthusiastically presented their ideas and initiatives, all of which were thoughtfully discussed and shortlisted. The workflow and structure of the session were clearly explained to everyone. Important lists, markings, and essential guidelines were shared, and students were assured that their talents and individuality would be well represented within the club.

This year, like every other year, Swasti proudly welcomes immensely talented students from Classes IX to XII belonging to diverse fields such as painting, craft, crochet, designing, writing, marketing, and many more. Senior students from all streams- Humanities, Commerce, and Science, came together as one team. The exchange of unique ideas and perspectives truly uplifted the spirit of the club and reflected the power of collaboration and creativity.

Every year, through the initiative of Teach A Man To Fish Organisation, United Kingdom, we get the opportunity to learn from and connect with young entrepreneurs across the nation. Students were informed about the prestige and significance of this platform and how, if utilised wisely, it could help them gain recognition at an international level.

Different roles and responsibilities were assigned, which will be regularly assessed throughout the year. The enthusiasm and passion carried by the students deeply inspired us and motivated us to work together more efficiently as a team to bring the change our world truly needs. Carrying our core values deep within us, we proudly declare the Business Year 2026 for Swasti officially commenced with the first meeting for the business activity for the year 2026( The video attached herewith):
