An year of strategy, creativity, and growth commenced with the Orientation Meeting for the Business Session 2026. Like every year, the entire procedure was thoughtfully planned and efficiently executed. Weeks prior to the orientation, a form was circulated among the senior department students of our school, receiving an overwhelming number of positive responses. The form was carefully designed to help us categorise students into different departments according to their interests and talents, while also enabling us to assign responsibilities effectively. After successfully forming a team of more than 30 members, our first official meeting was conducted in the ATL Lab. During the session, each member introduced themselves, shared their talents, and expressed their approach and expectations towards the club.   Living in 21st century, making a right choice is the most important task to sustain. Life offers multiple options but to choose wisely and judiciously is necessary. “Swasti-well being at your doorstep” the student’s led business enterprise of Hansraj Model School has always been dedicated towards making the right choice for a sustainable future.  Our strategy is quite simple yet effective. We align our thoughts and products with upcoming events or festivals to grab customer’s attention. For example, recently, the festival of Rakhi approached, where we decided to feature our hero product, "Seed Rakhis," which served the same purpose as others available in the market but were also environment friendly and could be used for more than one purpose.  Students led Business Enterprise of Hansraj Model School , “ Swasti -well being at your doorstep ,” had put up a stall today, which  turned out to be a success. Students reused and recycled various items to prepare denim hand-painted tote bags , pouches , slings , beautiful shell earrings , and organic compost from our school's compost pit was also sold. All the items were in line with the interests of this generation and pleasing to the parents and were sold at reasonable prices. The students at the stall were well-versed in their contribution to the work and the art of selling the products. Parents found the stall attractive and appreciated the efforts of the young minds. Even the teachers of our school bought and praised the students for their work. Every product presented on the stall had its own story. The students of Hansraj Model School participated enthusiastically in their annual School Enterprise Challenge, showcasing their student-led enterprise, Phulwari. This initiative aims to promote entrepreneurship, teamwork, and creativity among the students.Phulwari, the school's student-led enterprise, specializes in creating handmade decor pieces using dried flowers as the focal point. Their inaugural stall on October 20, 2023, in front of the school reception from 8:30 am to 11:00 am was a resounding success. They presented a diverse range of handcrafted decor pieces, from glass bottles with fairy lights to jars with aromatic candles, all designed to add a touch of nature and artistry to homes, especially for the festive season.These decor pieces were meticulously crafted by the students to ensure high quality and durability. These words were the driving force of the students of Hansraj Model School as they embarked on their entrepreneurial journey during the session 2022-23. Team Kaagaz and Oxyzone worked relentlessly to build two triumphant enterprises. The students participated in mini-competitions and honed their skills as budding entrepreneurs. Both the business ideas were not only profitable but also drove the eco-friendly message home. As a result of the hard work and dedication put in, Kaagaz achieved Silver Award Level and Oxyzone achieved the Gold Award Level in the School Enterprise Challenge 2022.  Madam Principal, Heemal Handoo Bhat received the Head Teacher Award and under her guidance and mentorship, Anurag Gaba reached the Enterprising Student- Runner Up Level.  "Participation is the first step to victory" We, here are SWASTI truly believe in this statement. The School Enterprise Challenge announced the first mini competition of the year as a test for the communication skills of the students. The task was to convince the potential investors of our product to invest in our business. However, the challenge was to do that in under 1 minute. Both the teams at SWASTI enthusiastically took part in the competition. All the preparation for the video was done by the team members collectively under the guidance of our experienced teachers.  Now since we had already taken the first step of participation, we got the result. Biodiversity is an important part of our lives. In this ecosystem of life all the elements of nature are interdependent, but we humans have been unknowingly damaging the ecosystem in many ways. We dump the plastic waste into the oceans which are then swallowed by the marine animals and prove to be harmful to them. The chemical waste, dumped into the rivers also harms the aquatic plants and animals, but apart from that, these chemicals are even harmful to people. If we drink this water then we may get ill and that will be the result of our incorrect steps only. We celebrate world Bio-diversity day every year on 22nd May but the need is not to celebrate the day but to take action and make every day the biodiversity day.  The COVID-19 pandemic has caused stress, anxiety and worry for many individuals, arising both from the disease itself and from response measures such as social distancing and lockdowns. As the Delhi Government announced a lockdown again due to the ongoing pandemic situation , we all got locked inside our home again. So to get rid of the pandemic stress going on , some fun activities were discussed in an online session yesterday.  This year we chose Oxyzone-The oxygen parlour As our silver level activity for the School enterprise Challenge Program. In this our main emphasis was on making the air more suitable to breath for the people. As we all know during Diwali days there is a lot of pollution so the Hansarians and the children in our school enterprise Swasti-well being at your doorstep, decided to gift plants this year as Diwali gifts, this will not only help spread happiness but also eradicate air pollution from our surroundings.   Boom! Boom! Crackers Bursting  I don't know how but even after government has banned crackers, these people find ways to get them. Bursting crackers is not an issue but the main issue is that these crackers lead to air as well as noise pollution. Every year we read the headlines in the newspaper "Air pollution in Delhi raise 10x above the limit". But we never act upon this. We need to understand that this air pollution can cause severe diseases that might be even more harmful than this Coronavirus. We ourselves can feel the effect of Air pollution, but think about those who can not speak. The government cannot keep all of us at homes for such a long period because a lot of people are facing problems due to this but we all are responsible for our and our family's safety so we are at our homes using technology to meet and learn because this corona virus can stop people, it can stop the nation but not our learning.
